The Kaiser thing make sense to me due to its associations with the Holy Roman Empire. He chose the title of Kaiser, as a genius he's probably good at history but given Japan's feudal past it is interesting he went for a foreign western title some people in his native country have no clue about than a Japanese one everyone would recognize. Ken is some sort of ChristianHis name is Ken, though anyone can be named anything and some names are similar/same in many languages it still stands out given the names of everyone else in the franchise. The catalyst that changed his personality was the Dark Spore that Millenniummon implanted in him.Ryo seeks the aid of fellow Tamers and DigiDestined to help to defeat ZeedMillenniumon, who seeks to take over ENIAC's world in order to gain control of all realities and rid his future kingdom from resistance. Fortunately, ENIAC is able to transport Ryo through time and dimensions, allowing him to save the various Tamers and DigiDestined from ZeedMillenniummon's minions, which include clones of the Digimon Emperor and Goggle Boys. Also most of the Spanish speaking world is Christian. He speaks decent Spanish and seems to know Mexico's curfew laws, though he could have researched them beforehand, he's a little too familiar with them, makes it seem to me that he's been there before, note Mexico is home to one of the world's most famous Catholic sites. He hosted a Christmas party, complete with colored enveloped invitations. His living room has a Christmas themed calendar with tree, stocking, and Santa Claus. During the Christmas episode he wears the stereotypical Cosby sweater most people have given/received during the holidays at one point in their lives (at least in the US). Newest version of google drive for macOf course, in the real Adventures universe, who knows? This explains the loose ends in 02 there was going to be a third season, but it never happened. Alternatively, the finale was specifically created for the Tamers universe when the show was cancelled the producers had to make something up. His sudden dream of becoming an astronaut). Surely, it must be a trick to throw the Digidestined off guard and leave himself free to conquer both worlds unopposed, especially when most of those same "positive" visions went entirely contrary to their known passions (for instance, Yamato's known love for music vs. The sudden appearance of fantasies and dreams theretofore unknown and undiscussed seemed way too convenient and arbitrary, especially right when they were about to be consumed in a torturous nightmare vision. The same would go for Takeru, too, if his Image Song didn't exist. There's strong evidence of a deep friendship between Takeru and Hikari, but no evidence points to it being romantic, at least on Hikari's side. Since the crests of Hope and Light were said to be the strongest two crests, of course they would be kept apart, even in hallucination, in case they should react against each other and break the illusion. In her message on the 100 Title Memorial CD collection, she mentions that "as she thought, her brother is the one she loves most." (No, not like that). I'd argue that her feelings for Takeru don't run as deep as the other way around. Her song, 'Reflection' seems to spawn the idea of it being her response to Takeru's. Well, technically it's the 'Girls' Festival Digimon' album. All the other kids were shown their deepest desires except for Motomiya. Or it could be that the ending and distant finale was all infact Motomiya's illusion. Nothing says 'reciprocity' more than holding hands when you're two eleven-year-old anime characters who are best friends.with potential. Then MaloMyotismon is destroyed just like he wanted. They all work together like he wanted them to. V-mon becomes stronger like he wanted him to. So are they really saying Motomiya had no desires even a petty one? So next we see all the other kids join Motomiya like he wanted them to. But the other visions just showed desires, even shallow wishes like haveing deserts all to yourself. ![]() ![]() Digimon Adventure 02 Tag Tamers English Patch Update Parts OfThough, most of the careers do feel like they fit the character Tai is a natural leader with charisma, so being a diplomat makes sense Sora got much more feminine in 02, so a interest in fashion isn't out of place being a researcher fits Izzy's intelligent, inquistive personality Joe comes from a family of doctors and also quite intelligent, so his career fits Kari is very warm and sweet and she previosuly mentions wanting to teach, so hers fits Daisuke likes his food, so opening a restaurant would be a good fit Iori has a strong sense of justice, so he'd probably want a career that defends people Miyako, one of her character songs, mentions a desire to be a perfect Yamato Nadeshiko, so being a housewife would be right for her, though apparently she's just on maternity leave and is actually a programmer, which fits her personality well. Sure, some of the careers don't make sense or aren't what we expected, but most of the characters never express a particular desire for their future careers, so it's not surprising some of them would seem to come out of nowhere. Most of the stuff that displeased people in the epilogue can be explained if you take the time to nthink of it. Also the writers would be crazy not to update parts of the epilogue at some point to make it vibe with modern times, could also make canon ships that make sense they implied Last Evolution wasnt the final tale if they make another movie then it would make sense to change the epilogue so that movies writers would have more freedom. Davis and Ken got married and run a successful noodle shop (that was foreshadowed, as in show Davis cooking) while Ken is a child psychologist, Izzy and Mimi become a couple and Yolei makes all sorts of tech inventions and Sora designs sport uniforms and TK and Kari have a kid, despite just seeing each other as friends. Ok that was his ending (and it might be canon) there is the trope called :Death of the Author: where if we as the audience dont like something a story does, or believe a part of a story makes no sense we can ignore it and make our own endings. Whether or not the third season ever got off the ground (or what form it took in the Tamers verse) after this is up in the air. They couldn't get the execs to change their minds, so instead, they deliberately made the ending in order to upset the fans and have it declared Canon Discontinuity. Building off of the above theory, the in-universe creative team for the Digimon Adventure anime had their original ending vetoed by the execs in favor of setting up a third season starring a whole new cast of kids: the children of the original Digidestined. In the Digimon Tamers verse. While it's odd that Hikari and Takeru didn't get together, keep in mind, they were children during the show most people don't end up with their childhood crishes, so maybe they just moved on to other people. The Distant Finale was the result of Executive Meddling. As for the pairings, the ones that actually happened made sense Sora and Yamato had already gotten together in 02 and Miyako is shown to have a crush on Ken.
